1. General Shipping Information
We take the utmost care in packing our livestock and products to ensure they arrive safely.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Days: To avoid livestock being held in transit over weekends, we only ship live fish and plants from Monday to Wednesday.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Local Pickup: Available at our Shivanagara, Moodushedde shop during business hours.
Domestic Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and distance.
Express Shipping: We highly recommend Express or Overnight shipping for all live fish to minimize stress.
3. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)
We guarantee that your fish will arrive alive under the following conditions:
The package is accepted on the first delivery attempt.
In the unfortunate event of a Dead on Arrival (DOA), you must send a clear photo and video of the fish in the unopened original bag within 2 hours of delivery.
Resolution: Valid DOA claims will be settled via a store credit or a replacement (shipping costs for replacements are the responsibility of the customer).
4. Packaging
Livestock: Shipped in insulated boxes with oxygen-filled bags. Depending on the season, we include heat packs or cold packs at no extra charge.
Dry Goods: Shipped via standard courier services.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Delays & Weather
We reserve the right to delay shipment if extreme weather conditions (heatwaves or cold snaps) pose a risk to the health of the fish. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp if a delay occurs.
