1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Sai Fish Aquarium (whether in-store, via WhatsApp, or through our social media channels), you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Livestock Sales

  • Health Guarantee: We ensure all fish (Mollies, Guppies, Fighters, etc.) are healthy at the time of sale or packing.

  • Customer Responsibility: Once a fish leaves our premises or is delivered, its health depends on the customer’s water parameters and acclimation process.

  • Quarantine: We strongly recommend that customers quarantine new arrivals before adding them to an established community tank.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Price Changes: Prices for livestock and dry goods are subject to change based on market availability and shipment costs.

  • Payment: For custom orders or long-distance shipments, full payment is required before the order is processed.

  • Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Custom Projects (Granite & Glass)

  • Design Approval: For custom pond or aquarium installations, the client must approve the final design and material specifications (e.g., glass thickness) in writing.

  • Safety: Sai Fish Aquarium is not responsible for any structural damage to the customer's property if the customer provides incorrect site measurements or fails to follow drying/curing instructions for sealants.

5. Shipping & Live Arrival

  • All shipments are governed by our Shipment Policy.

  • Any claims for Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be made within 2 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence in the unopened bag.

6. Social Media & Content

  • By sharing photos of your setup or fish purchased from us on our YouTube or WhatsApp groups, you grant us permission to use those images for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Sai Fish Aquarium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of existing fish or water damage to flooring) resulting from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Mangalore, Karnataka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
